Artur Ragulski est un ingénieur d'origine ukrainienne et un entrepreneur dans le domaine de la mobilité électrique. Il détient des brevets et des publications en mécatronique et robotique, est passé du travail à la chaîne à la R&D, et a obtenu en 2014 un master en Mécanique Computationnelle à Munich. Il a créé de toutes pièces la production de motos électriques et de vélos électriques, et a développé une chaîne d'approvisionnement pour des composants de premier ordre sans investissement externe.

Depuis 2024, il s'est associé à d'autres fabricants pour étendre la vente de motos à travers l'Europe. Père de deux filles et parlant quatre langues, Artur aime voyager, faire du parapente et de l'enduro — tout en croyant que le service exceptionnel est la valeur la plus forte qu'une entreprise puisse offrir.
