Artur Ragulski is a Ukrainian-born engineer and e-mobility entrepreneur. He holds patents and publications in mechatronics and robotics, progressed from assembly-line work to R&D, and in 2014 earned a master’s degree in Computational Mechanic in Munich. He has built electric motorcycle and e-bike production from scratch and developed a supply chain for top-tier components without external investment.

Since 2024, he has partnered with additional manufacturers to expand motorcycle sales across Europe. A father of two daughters and a speaker of four languages, Artur loves travel, paragliding, and enduro riding—while believing that exceptional service is the strongest value a company can offer.
