Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
