Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer free shipping throughout Germany and all other EU countries. To ensure the fastest delivery times, we ship your order from the warehouse located closest to you. For customers outside the European Union, shipping costs will apply and will be calculated at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
What is the 24+3 months warranty and how does it work?
Every E bike purchased from Vectorebike comes with a standard 24-month manufacturer warranty plus an exclusive 3-month dealer warranty extension. This gives you a total of 27 months of protection, ensuring your bike is covered for over two years of riding.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
