GENERAL CONDITIONS
If you are not happy with your VECTOR’S™ product you may return it to VECTOR™ for a full refund* on the product's price. This must be done within 14 days of the purchase. The product must be unused, with no sign of assembly and in new condition with original packaging and all accessories included. VECTOR™ does not accept crash damaged parts or items that have been modified in any way. We do not refund any shipping costs. Customers are responsible for repackaging of the product in such a way that it is returned in perfect condition.
*PLEASE NOTE: If the original packaging has been opened and other general conditions met, we will refund 99% of product's purchase price in case of bike kits, and 95% of the product's purchase price for other products sold by VECTOR™ to cover repacking and Q.C. rechecking costs.
RETURN & REFUNDS LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS:
We do not refund:

- Used items;
- Items altered in any way by the user; read warranty conditions;
- Shipment costs;
- Lost items, sent back by customers
