Vector Typhoon Light

The Typhoon light is the new option that have the same top power and top speed as original Typhoon model, but with 30% lighter and smaller battery. Battery takes 30% less volume inside the frame so we can install controller inside the frame if client want it. This way Typhoon light looks smaller and attract even less attention.
The main benefits of lighter battery are:
option to quickly remove the battery from the bike and to be able to charge it separately from the bike frame; mount controller inside the frame for extra protection from water dirt and snow;
in a cold weather heat from controller inside the frame will keep battery warm and let you to avoid voltage sag;
in cold weather you can install warm battery inside the frame and get full power output without any loss comparing to a cold battery;
you can charge your battery in a warm condition and keep the rest of the e-bike outside in low or high temperatures.
So overall this new light battery will be a great option for people who wanted to have a lighter in weight Typhoon (minus 6kg) or need to charge a battery separately from the bike, plus if you live in super cold or hot areas you can keep battery in room temperature right till you start riding the bike to have maximum performance without power loss.
The battery made out of Sony VTC6 cells that can provide high current. Battery capacity is almost 2kWh, so you can expect of about 60-70km on asphalt with moderate speed and 30-40km off-road riding with maximum performance.
